What We Collect

FreeArtAI does not require an account for preview generation. When production generation is available, the prompt, selected style, image shape, and optional avoid terms are sent through our server to Replicate to create your image.

Third-Party AI Providers

Production image generation uses Replicate and its FLUX Schnell model. Replicate processes accepted prompts and generated images according to its terms and privacy policy, and documents that API prediction inputs, outputs, files, and logs are removed after one hour by default.

Local Preview

If no production API key is configured, the page creates a local browser canvas preview. That fallback does not upload your prompt to our server.

Abuse Prevention And Free Quotas

We process the network address attached to a generation request to enforce daily and short-term generation limits. Before writing quota data to our Redis store, our server converts that address into a one-way HMAC identifier using a private server secret. We do not store the raw address in quota keys. Quota records expire automatically after their rate-limit window. Our hosting provider may separately process request metadata under its own privacy policy.

Analytics And Cookies

The first version does not use Google Analytics and does not require non-essential cookies. If analytics, advertising, or tracking tools are added later, this policy will be updated and any required consent notice will be shown.

Safety Checks

A local prompt safety policy checks requests before they are sent to Replicate, and the FLUX safety checker remains enabled for generated output. These checks help block explicit sexual content, graphic violence, hate or harassment, illegal abuse, political manipulation, self-harm, and other prohibited uses.
