Refund Policy

Current Free Service

FreeArtAI is currently a free service and has not opened paid purchases. This policy describes how future credit purchases will be handled if paid credits become available.

Unused Credits

You may request a refund for unused credits within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us with the purchase email and order reference.

Used Credits

Used credits are non-refundable because the underlying image-generation service has already been delivered and incurred processing costs.

Failed Generations

Failed generations automatically return the credits used for that attempt. You do not need to submit a separate refund request for an automatically restored credit.

Refund Processing

Refunds for future purchases will be processed by our Merchant of Record according to its applicable refund procedures and payment policies.
