FreeArtAI is provided as is. We do not guarantee that generated images will match every prompt, be error-free, or be suitable for a particular commercial use.

Acceptable Use

You may not use FreeArtAI to generate illegal content, explicit sexual content, graphic violence, hate or harassment, terrorist propaganda, self-harm content, or content that exploits minors. Prompts that violate this policy may be blocked. Report harmful content to hello@freeartai.org.

Generated Images

You own the images you create, and FreeArtAI claims no copyright over your generations. You are responsible for making sure your prompts and generated images do not infringe third-party rights or violate model provider terms.

Copyright And DMCA

If you believe content generated or displayed through FreeArtAI infringes your copyright, send a notice to hello@freeartai.org with the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing content, and your contact information.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes should be handled in the state or federal courts located in Delaware unless another venue is required by law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the tool changes. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
